Oscar Leonard Carl Pistorius was born on 22^nd of November 1986. He is an African also known as the (blade runner). As well as that he is the fastest athlete with no legs. 17-28 September 2004 he won a bronze medal. 9 September 2008 he won a gold medal. He achieved much medals in his sport career. In his childhood he went to Constantia Kloof Primary school. Also in his childhood he took part in a wrestling club. He played rugby, water polo and tennis. After a serious rugby knee injury in June 2003, he was introduced to running in January 2004. In his sporting career he took part in the 2004 summer Paralympics in Athens and came third.
