I liked Partly Cloudy because it was very funny. In my opinion this is a sad and happy film.
The animations are really realistic, cute and very colourful. This film is suitable for all ages and will make you laugh out loud.
Partly cloudy is about animated clouds who make baby animals and storks deliver them. There is a rain cloud who is sad because he makes the wild animals.
This short film is silent.
It was my best film in the world. I rate this film 5/5 this was my favourite film!!!
