In class 5 at Mersey Vale we have been learning about space. On Wednesday 17th January everyone made a detailed leaflet about the moon. I made a poster instead. Two people got chosen to go to year 2 and share there leaflet because they were learning about the moon as well!
On Tuesday we saw a video about how the Moon was formed, so I decided to write about this.
About 4.5 billion years ago there was a planet the size of mars that crashed into Earth! Some of the peices of Earth flew in the air, meanwhile the moon started to form with the crushed peices!
